Report Broken Systems or Services

NOTE: In the event of a widespread network or system outage or break in service, it may be advisable to call 352-392-2291. CNS has 24/7 coverage.

You can classify your report/request as an "Incident" or "Service Request." While we are available 24*7, please use discretion when classifying a request as an "Incident" after regular business hours. An "Incident" may require that we wake up on-call staff, or otherwise interrupt their personal time - please reserve that designation for truly time-critical problems.

  • Outage of CNS supported system or service:
    • CNS hosting - web, db, file system, VM
    • UF Active Directory
    • UF Exchange
    • Authentication
    • GatorLink services
    • Kofax/Imaging
