UF IT Staff and other direct CNS customers

As of Feb 20, 2012 CNS has begun using a new request and problem reporting system located at:

https://request.it.ufl.edu

All tickets can be submitted and tracked via this new site.

If you had open requests and problem reports with CNS prior to Feb 20, you can still view/update your ticket in the old system.

Report Broken Systems or Services

NOTE: In the event of a widespread network or system outage or break in service, it may be advisable to call 352-392-2291. CNS has 24/7 coverage.

You can classify your report/request as "Urgent" or "Routine." While we are available 24*7, please use discretion when classifying a request as "Urgent" after regular business hours. An "Urgent" request may require that we wake up on-call staff, or otherwise interrupt their personal time - please reserve that designation for truly time-critical problems.

  • Outage of CNS supported system or service:
    • CNS hosting - web, db, file system, VM
    • UF Active Directory
    • UF Exchange
    • Authentication
    • GatorLink services
    • Kofax/Imaging
