Pinnacle Fonts

Although the custom Omnis fonts are installed during Pinnacle installation, Pinnacle will often revert to other fonts cutting off many of the text labels.

With Administrator privileges, navigate to the Control Panel then Fonts.
Remove the four Omnis fonts - Omnis Monospace, Omnis Password, Omnis System and Omnis Sans Serif.
Select File then Install New Font. Navigate to C:\Program Files\Omnis Software Inc\Omnis738rt\Fonts\. Click Select All then Ok.
If Pinnacle still does not use the custom Omnis fonts, repeat the above steps logged in as the user.

Pinnacle login issues

An Oracle driver error or absent login screen may indicate problems with permissions. This can be fixed by giving Oracle and Pinnacle full local rights.

Right click the oracle directory, select Sharing and Security, then the Security tab. Select Users, then underneth Allow click Full Control.
Navigate to C:\oracle\ora92. Repeat step 2.
Navigate to C:\Program Files. Repeat step 2 for Omnis Software Inc, Oracle, and PINNACLE directories.
