Facility Focus

Copy S:\PC Support\FF.rar to the local drive.

Extract the contents of FF.rar to C:\Program Files\. It should create a FF directory automatically.

Goto "Administrative Tools" in the Control Panel (you may need to switch to "Classic Mode").

Select "Data Sources (ODBC)"

Click the "System DSN" tab at the top and then the "Add" button on the right.

Scroll all the way to the bottom of this list and select the "SQL Server" option, the "Finish".

In the "Name" field type "Facility Focus ODBC". In the "Description" field type "Facility Focus". In the "Server" field type "ofa-net-026.ad.ufl.edu".

Click the radio button labeled "With SQL Server authentication using a login ID and password entered by the user" and uncheck "Connect to SQL Server to obtain default settings".

Click Ok, Next and Ok.
