The transport-port number in the server group should match the transport-port in one of the clones. Also, this number should not be the same for any other server group.

Otherwise, you may not be able to bypass the Apache plugin by accessing an application directly from the WebSphere node, for example http://sp41en1.nerdc.ufl.edu:9080/example/.
