Notes on TELX presence
Introduction
In fall of 2005, CNS began leasing machine room space in Atlanta for positioning of offsite equipment. This document collects some data about the transition and details on our communications with TelX.

Our cage location is 008.M3, which will be the assignment I keep in my databases regarding your circuits.
CNS employees with access to the space are Andy Olivenbaum, Allen Rout, and John Bevis. These individuals can authorize other people to have access to the space.
Access is extended to people not on the list by mailing to telxtechsupport@telx.com.
Tell them we're UF/CNS, customer in space 008/M3 in 56 Marietta; their tech support handles nationwide issues.

Getting vendor personnel into the space
Send a message to 'access@telx.com', with body something like:
This is [your name ], representing UF/CNS, a customer in 56 Marietta, 008.M3.
We expect [tech name], from [company], to arrive to do some maintenance work on or about [date / time range]. Please admit them to our space.
